Petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Accusation is of recovery of 3.500 K.g. Ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Investigation has already been concluded. Moreover, the recovery is of small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
