JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 The petitioner claims that he has been student of Government Primary Teachers Training Education College for the session 2012-14. It is his case that he appeared in the two year 'Diploma in-Education' examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board. It is his grievance that his result is not being published by the Board on the flimsy ground that his internal assessment has not been communicated by the College to the Board. The Court's attention has been drawn to letter dated 08.01.2018, written by the Principal of the College to the

The question whether the petitioner had been internally assessed by the College for the purpose of said diploma examination or not, is a question, which required to be considered by the Board, before taking any decision. In view of the facts and circumstances as noted above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board to look into the grievance of the petitioner and upon verification of records take appropriate decision within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
