Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-
