Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for regular bail arises out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 363, 302, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me order dated 07.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19139 of 2021 and order dated 26.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11744 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Mukesh Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48866 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 and Savitri Devi have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

For the reason recorded in the orders dated 07.10.2021 and 26.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19139 of 2021 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.11744 of 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020.
