Taking into consideration that except Confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and prior to institution of the present case, he was not made accused in dacoity case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwa P.S.
