Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has already been released on bail vide order dated 03.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44976 of 2021. He further submits that the said order was not available with him at the time while he had filed the present petition. He further submits that in the said criminal miscellaneous eight petitioners including the petitioner of the present petition have been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the pairvikaar of the petitioner had not informed him about the said fact and as such due to inadvertence the present petition has been filed.
