The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Habibpur P.S. Case No.74 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that she purchased a piece of land from the petitioner on 27.06.2010 and got her name mutated but when the petitioner went to construct boundary over his land, the petitioner and others came and did not allow the informant to construct the boundary over her land.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of demand of extortion is false and concocted. Some dispute arose with regard to management of land. The informant wanted to take possession of more land and that is why some

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XII, Bhagalpur or successor court in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No.74 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
