This appeal has been preferred on 13.12.2017 against order dated 05.06.2017 apparently beyond the period 180 days which is upper cap for consideration of reason for delay in filing of the appeal. Therefore, I.A.No.204 of 2018 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay stands dismissed and this appeal also stands dismissed as not maintainable after expiry of the period of 180 days. However, the appellant would be at liberty to renew the prayer before the learned court below. With the aforesaid observation, this appeal stands disposed of.
