It is the petitioner's grievance that, though the Circle Officer has directed the Anchal Amin to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner, as indicated in the order dated 15.06.2019, passed in Demarcation Case No. 13 of 2019-20, the same has not been done so far.

The order was passed on 15.06.2019. This writ application has been filed on 09.07.2019. If the Anchal Amin is not complying with the order passed by the Circle Officer, the petitioner ought to have approached the higher authorities,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13926 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 instead of approaching this Court.

This writ application is, however, disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the higher authorities, raising his grievance for non-implementation of the order of the Circle Officer.
