Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-16, 17, 18, 20 & 23 of U.A.P. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the petitioner and several other persons had assembled and, were talking about the demand of ransom amount. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
