JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.9.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused in one case, i.e., Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.293 of 2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14440 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No.301 of 2015.
