The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Refinery P.S. Case No. 395 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
