The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34, 498(A) of the IPC. Allegation against the petitioners is of committing torture upon the victim and of ousting her out of the house after death of her husband.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent persons and have committed no offence. Petitioners have never tortured the victim and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to grudge. It is submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3982 of 2021(5) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 the petitioners are the in-laws of the informant and there is no specific allegation against them. They have been implicated in this case only due to land dispute. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No.51/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
