The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 13.2.2015 with a direction to renew his prayer for bail after remaining 7 months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 7 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No.217 of 2014.
