JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and he was arrested in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 in which his confessional statement was recorded and in the said confessional statement, petitioner accepted his involvement in the present case also. Apart from this, two witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and one person loitering near the place of occurrence and except the aforesaid materials as well as criminal history of two cases, there appears to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
