2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.11210 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 2/3 to not built/construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan for Gram Panchayat Raj, Chakiya under the Panapur Block/Circle in the District of Saran over Survey/Plot No. 1602 under Khata No. 227 in revenue Mauza/Village- Khajuri its Revenue Thana No. 41, which has been reported by concern Circle Officer (Respondent No. 10) in area of 02 Bigha 07 Katha 01 Dhur in view of Gairmazarua Malikan Land ignoring the running Jamabandi No. 28 & 67/1 in the name of the Ramsagar Singh and Yamuna Singh without consent of the petitioners or acquisition and also over looked the Register-II- Tenant ledger is procured in Revenue Circle which has filed by the Ex-intermediary since then and after vesting of Jamindari land in question continued in possession of petitioners vide Jamabandi No.

28 & 67/1 have been created in their name in revenue records in State of Bihar; and also for quashing the Memo No. 249 dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure- P-6) issued by the respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11210 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 3/3 subject land despite ignoring the mandate of Hon'ble Courts in view of running jamabandi in his revenue office/sirista and any other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to which the petitioner which may deem just proper and necessary in view of the facts and circumstances discussed herein under."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be preferring a fresh petition(s) before the respondent no.6, the Collector, Saran at Chapra in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is filed, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.6, the Collector, Saran at Chapra to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, if any such fresh petition is preferred in next four weeks alongwith all the supporting document.
