JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner No. 1 is said to have assaulted injured, Manju Devi by means of iron rod but the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reflects that only two persons i.e. Chinta Devi and Baby Devi had sustained injury. So far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned; it is alleged that he along with others assaulted the injured Chinta Devi.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S.
