Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2013 in a case registered under section 307/34 of the IPC and sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that none has sustained fire arm injury and recovery has been made by a private person, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mohania P.S. Case no. 314/2013.
