JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused who was caught on the spot and, therefore, it is apparent from the aforesaid fact that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 08-01-2016 in a case registered for the offences of Arms Act.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
