The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.734C/2018 registered for offences under Sections 120(B), 323, 341, 379, 494 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the complainant who is a teacher in the Government school. The allegations against the petitioner are of demand of dowry and torture.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5726 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations made in the complaint are false. The complainant is a teacher and the petitioner is an agriculturist and they have not been able to stay together due to which the complainant has filed the present complaint.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.734C/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
