No doubt, petitioner carries chequered criminal history of seven cases but in the present case neither petitioner is named nor anything was recovered from his possession and it is apparent from the impugned order that his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Chakai P.S. Case no. 181/2011.
