JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the facts of present case is identical to the facts of C.W.J.C. No. 9033 of 2018 (Anil Kumar Pandey & Ors. Vs. The Bihar Staff Selection Commission) disposed of on 11.5.2018 and the case of C.W.J.C. No. 7339 of 2017 (Kamlesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. Vs. The Bihar Staff Selection Commission & Ors.) disposed of on 16.4.2018 and submits that the present case should also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid two cases but, an objection has been raised by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12757 of 2018 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 other side that the aforesaid orders will be applicable in the case of the present petitioners only in the event the process of selection has not been completed.

Let the present case should be governed by the orders passed in the aforesaid two cases subject to the condition that the selection process has not been concluded.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
