JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.03.2015 in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 28.12.2014 at 10.30 P.M. some unknown thieves had stolen away eight Idols worth about Rs. 1 Crore. The Mobile set of the informant having SIM No. 9955598906 was also stolen away by the thieves. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is not

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 13.03.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Parsauni P.S.
