JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section27 of the Arms Act. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he along with co-accused persons having fire-arms in their hands, came at the place of occurrence but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Basuki Bind who shot fire on the deceased. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26-11-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be
