The petitioner is in custody in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.75 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the IPC has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no evidence against the petitioner and his name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the fact that though petitioner is having criminal antecedent but considering his period of custody since 17.05.2022, the application for bail is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall be released on bail after completing one year in custody on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48847 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.75 of 2022.

After release of the petitioner, he will appear in Korha Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
