Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-452, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is named but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged on account of village politics and as a matter of fact, no one sustained any injury in the alleged crime.

Case No. 05 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhagalpur.
