In this case, the petitioners are claiming the benefit of 2nd M.A.C.P. cum A.C.P. and claimed that this case is squarely covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19066 of 2018 (Lalit Kishore Chaubey & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed of on 28.11.2018.

Let the authority should consider the case of the present petitioners as well as the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12538 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 3/3 19066 of 2018 and if it is found that the present case is squarely identical to the aforesaid case in all aspect in terms of fact, law and prayer, the present petitioners shall also granted the identical benefit to the petitioners of the aforesaid case. For convenience, the petitioners may file their respective representation before the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna who will dispose of the same within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
