The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on refusal of marriage with the informant. The F.I.R. is lodged only to make undue pressure upon the petitioner. Petitioner has never made any illicit relation with the informant. Further submission is that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60991 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Gaya in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
