JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 The learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria has sent a report praying therein that time for conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 185 of 2015 may be extended. The period for conclusion of the trial is extended by four months. The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day-today basis and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is directed to ensure the attendance of the non-examined prosecution witnesses of Sessions Trial No. 185/2015 in the court of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria so that the trial must be concluded within four months.
