JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. A truck laden with country made liquor was seized and petitioners were found sitting in the said truck. Contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are labourers and, as a matter of fact, the seized liquor belonged to one Vikas Kumar, who was licensee and had right to keep the country made liquor and the aforesaid country made liquor was seized by the Excise officials in course of transportation. It is further points out that the seized liquor has already been released in favour of the aforesaid Vikas Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14823 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Excise Case No. 33 of 2016.
