2. The present writ petition has been filed for grant of following relief/s:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur to correct the current Revisional Survey Khatiyan in which petitioner's land has wrongly been entered int the name of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10768 of 2024 dt.23-07-2024 2/3 other persons in view of Kramik/cadastral Khatiyan in which the land in question is entered in the name of the petitioner ancestor. And/or pass such other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. The matter relates to 17 Acre 40 Decimal of land in Mauja Parbatta, Thana no. 33, P.S. Kahalgaon, at present, P.S. Ismilempur, Tauji no. 265, 300, 301, 302, Dist. Bhagalpur.

4. At the first instance, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter is entirely covered by the order dated 27.06.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4621 of 2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not raise any objection to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.5, the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur in next four weeks.

7. In that case, the concerned respondent no.5, the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur, shall be duty
