Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case was lodged against unknown persons but in course of investigation, three co-accused persons were apprehended and it came to light that the petitioner had talked with the aforesaid persons on their mobile phone. Moreover, except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Nagina Sahani has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
