The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 15 persons and alleged that they all made indiscriminate firing in order to take possession of the land of the informant. It is alleged that Santosh Tiwari and the petitioner Ramjeet Chaudhary fired which hit on the leg of the informant Sriniwas Ram.

It is submitted that Sriniwas Ram got simple injuries on his leg. There is counter version in Guthani P.S. Case No. 96 of 2013 in which two persons were killed and the informant is also one of the accused.

No.23651 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Guthani P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013.
