1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 307, 427, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2024, he is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the informant alleges that in a fair, he received an information that some miscreants are behaving inappropriately in the fair, as such, they reached the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with Santosh, but their associates got them freed.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is alleged in the F.I.R. that as to what kind inappropriate act the petitioner was committing in the fair.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No.399 of 2019, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Akal Chauhan.

7. The application stands allowed.
