2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 252/ 2024 dated 11.08.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 126, 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that in between both the parties there is land dispute and pending civil ligation and there is delay of seven days on the part of the informant in lodging the FIR, both the parties are next-door neighbours and prior to the registration of the FIR of the present case, Dagarua P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 had already

No.46674 of 2025(4) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 been lodged by the petitioner against the husband of the informant and thereafter with mala fide intention, the FIR in the present matter was lodged. It is further submitted that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 11.03.2025 and against him charges have been framed.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner and has submitted that two persons who were assaulted by this petitioner have sustained grievous injuries.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case as well as considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the genesis of the occurrence, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 252/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
