Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was taken away by the petitioner and when his proposal of marriage was denied by the victim, petitioner dropped her at Bettiah town. The victim has, nowhere, stated about any physical assault by the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim and the petitioner were in love but subsequently, victim twisted her statement under pressure of her parents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitesh Kumar, Judicial
