Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated marksheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed after due verification of his certificate by the authority concerned. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner was selected as a Panchayat Teacher, but after verification, BETET Marksheet of petitioner was found fake.
