Allegedly, petitioner was apprehended with country-made and foreign liquor in huge quantity, for which, he is in jail custody since 22-04-2015. There is nothing on record to show that petitioner was made accused of excise act prior to the alleged occurrence. It is not clear from the prosecution report as to from which place, the alleged recovery was made. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 08 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
