The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no firearm has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No cogent material has come during course of the investigation against the petitioner.
