2. The petitioner, Vindya Keshari Kumar, who is the Senior Advocate of this Court, has filed this contempt petition alleging violation of the order dated 08.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15878 of 2014.
3. In the aforesaid writ petition, i.e., C.W.J.C. No. 15878 of 2014, the petitioner of this contempt petition was respondent no.3, whereas the writ petitioner was one Priti Niwas @ Preeti Niwas, which was dismissed vide order dated 08.04.2019 without any positive direction to any of the parties.
4. Under the circumstances, when the writ petition
Patna High Court MJC No.2619 of 2019(6) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 itself was dismissed without any positive direction to any of the parties, nothing remains to be complied by the parties to the writ petition and hence, no case of contempt for violation of the order passed in the writ petition is made out against any of the parties.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
