Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that one Ravindra Sahani was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 18.1.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S.
