Learned counsel for Union of India raised a preliminary objection that this Court does not have jurisdiction as the Central Administrative Tribunal is appropriate forum to resolve the issue raised in the present writ petition.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded that petitioner would file proper application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn
