JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and earlier he was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27588 of 2014 but unfortunately, he was arrested by the police before his surrender.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon ( G) Police Station Case No. 147 of 2013.
