The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a co-accused. The petitioner was using a looted mobile. It is submitted that the petitioner has purchased the mobile. The petitioner is in jail since 27.03.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Chanan P.S.
