Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 427 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that he along with others demolished boundary wall of the informant and also, opened fire but admittedly, no one sustained any injury and except the criminal antecedent as well as above-said allegation against the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
