The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that his son had gone for fishing but he did not return his home. He started searching and in course of search cloth and cycle of his son were recovered from the house of Pradhan Kisku. It is further alleged that he received information that a dead body is lying at Kasba Rahika Bahiyar. The informant went there and on seeing the dead boy he identified the deceased as his son, namely, Binod Mandal. It is also alleged that there was some dispute regarding fishing between his deceased son and the petitioner and on account of said

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per allegation made in the FIR, it is a case of suspicion. There is no circumstantial evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Shachi Mishra, learned J.M., 1st Class, Purnea in K.Nagar (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 689 of 2014. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U T
