2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner, who is a data entry operator, is alleged to have illegally opened the Jamabandi in the name of Rameshwar Pandey.
4. It is submitted that on the basis of direction issued by the Circle Officer, the said Jamabandi was opened in the name of Rameshwar Pandey and only with a view to save his skin this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been discharged from service. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
