2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307, 427, 337, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted husband of informant with brick, as a result of which, husband of informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
