The petitioners are languishing in custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 333, 307, 353, 395, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the informant being the Police Officer went to arrest Pappu Paswan when he was arrested then the mob attacked the informant, snatched mobile and revolver and the police party was confined but they were released on arrival of the superior police officers. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

No.24543 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against the mob and petitioners are no way connected with Pappu Paswan. Moreover, FIR named accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 16866 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014.
