In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing part of the order passed by the District Education Officer, Aurangabad as contained in memo no. 3649 dated 17.12.2016 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Anugarh Middle School, Aurangabad to Middle School, Babhandi despite the threat perception of the petitioner.
(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14887 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 petitioner on the post of Principal at Anugrah Middle School, Aurangabad in view of the threat perception on his life and also considering the fact that the said school is very close to his house."
The petitioner had filed a representation before the Respondent No.6 for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is pending till date.
The Respondent No.6 i.e. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The petitioner will be at liberty to place the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13475 of 2017 before the Respondent No.6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
